Chairman Landon opened the public hearing on the application of Albert Reichmuth, <br />4236 Jensen Street, for a Variance to allow a reduced rear yard setback in con- <br />nection with construction of an addition to a single-family dwelling at the above <br />address, in an R-1 District. Mr. Fales presented the staff report which recommended <br />approval of this application. Upon motion of Chairman Landon, seconded by Com- <br />missioner Antoninl, and carried, the public hearing was closed. After further dis- <br />cussion, upon motion of Commissioner Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Plato, the <br />following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 560 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Albert Reichmuth, 4236 Jensen <br />Street, for a Variance to allow a reduced rear <br />yard setback in connection with construction of <br />an addition to a single-family dwelling at the <br />above address, in an R-1 District, has come <br />before this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above-named application be approved. <br />Chairman Landon opened the public hearing on the application of L. Bee Builders, <br />P.O. Box 527, Alamo, for a Variance to allow a reduced aide yard in connection with <br />the construction of a fourplex on Lot No. 80, Tract No. 2629, (Palomino Drive), in <br />an RG-25 District. Also, appearing on the same agenda, was the application for a <br />Zoning Permit in conjunction with this same property. Mr. Fates presented the <br />staff reports on both the Variance and the Zoning Permit. Mr. Ralph Lee was present <br />in the audience and concurred with the staff reports. Upon motion of Commissioner <br />Plato, seconded by Commissioner Antonini, and carried, the public hearing was <br />closed. Upon motion of Commissioner Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Plato, the <br />following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 561 <br />WHEREAS, the application of L. Box 527, <br />Alamo, for a Variance to allow a reduced side yard <br />in connection with the construction of a fourplex <br />on Lot No. 80, Tract 2629, (Palomino Drive), in an <br />RG-25 District, has come before this Commisslon: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above-named application be approved. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Plato, the following <br />resolution was adopted by unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 562 <br />S~REAS, the application of L. Bee Builders, F.O. Sox 527, <br />Alamo, for a Zoning Permit with Site Plan, <br />Architectural and Landscape Approval, in order to <br />construct a fourplex on Lot No. 80, Tract No. 2629 <br />(Palomino Drive), in an RG-25 District, has come <br />before this Commission: <br />NOld, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above-named application be approved with <br />the conditions set forth in the staff report dated <br />April 27, 1966. <br />Chairman Landon opened the public hearing on the application of Pacific Telephone <br />and Telegraph Compacry, 111 North Market Street, San Jose, for a Conditional Use <br />Permit in order to construct a communications equipment building at 120 Ray Street, <br />in a C-C District. Mr. Fates presented the staff report which recommended approval <br />with stated conditions. Mr. John Darrow, representing Pacific Telephone Company, <br />concurred with staff report. Mr. Ted Fairfield spoke briefly relative to the <br />possibility of Ray and Spring Streets being one way streets at acme future date. <br />Upon motion of Chairman Landon, seconded by Commissioner Flato, and carried, the <br />public hearing was closed. After further discussion, upon motion of Chairman Landon, <br />
