<br />The next item on the agenda was the consideration of Development Plan; Bevilacqua
<br />Homes. Mr. Fales presented the report by Livingston and Blayney dated July 8, 1966,
<br />regarding tentative tract 2807 - Meadow Farms. It was pointed out that this was
<br />not a Tentative Subdivision Map review, and that the Commission was requested to
<br />express their views on the general land use, public facilities, density, etc., in
<br />a general discussion period. Representatives of Bevilacqua Homes were present and
<br />stated their views and desires. It was further stated that the Developer was
<br />willing to comply with all Ordinances and conditions imposed by the Planning
<br />Commission. Cary Patton, Director of Recreation for the City, was asked to comment
<br />on the park as shown on map. Mr. Patton stated that the canal would be a problem
