paragraphs one through six above will be provided by Deltasystems <br />at the following rates. <br /> <br /> Program Manager, $100 / Hour or $800 / Day <br /> Senior 'Scientist, <br /> Senior Analyst, <br /> General GIS Consulting <br /> <br /> Programmer, $80 / Hour or $640 / Day <br /> Scientist, Training <br /> Specialist <br /> <br /> Technical Writer, $60 / Hour or $480 / Day <br /> Graphic Artist <br /> <br /> Clerical Support $30 / Hour or $240 / Day <br /> <br /> Telephone $50 / Half Hour, Minimum <br /> Consultation Charge $50.00 <br /> (If no support <br /> agreement is <br /> purchased) <br /> <br />Total costs for services provided under this rate schedule do not <br />include travel and reasonable living expenses. <br /> <br />Revision Process <br /> <br />Twice yearly, the Customer will receive a newsletter which <br />details changes and enhancements included in the next revision. <br />If the Customer chooses to accept the revision update, then it is <br />the Customer's responsibility to install the update. <br />Installation instructions will be provided with each update tape. <br />If the Customer has changed their basic hardware configuration <br />without notifying Deltasystems, Deltasystems cannot be held <br />responsible for the successful installation of the update until <br />any hardware inconsistencies are resolved. <br /> <br />If the Customer decides that they do not wish to install the <br />revision, Deltasystems must be notified in writing prior to <br />release date. Release dates are in June and December. If the <br />Customer chooses not to accept a revision update, Deltasystems <br />will continue to support that site for up to six months after the <br />update is refused. During that period, Deltasystems will make <br />best effort to ensure smooth operation of that site. However, <br />ad-hoc software modifications will not be made. Additionally, if <br />the Customer refuses two consecutive updates Deltasystems will no <br />longer support that site and can assume no responsibility for its <br />operation. <br /> <br />If the Customer follows our revision sequences, then Deltasystems <br />will guarantee a 2 year migration path. <br /> <br />Deltasystems Support Page 2 of 5 <br />Agreement 7/1/89 <br /> <br /> <br />
