Response to Telephone Reauests for Assistance <br /> <br /> Deltasystems-will respond to a telephone request for assistance <br /> the same day if the call is received before 1:00 P.M. Rocky <br /> Mountain Time. If the call is later than 1:00 P.M., the response <br /> call may occur the following morning unless the following morning <br /> falls on a holiday or weekend. Deltasystems observes Christmas, <br /> Easter, New Years, 4th of July, Memorial Day, President's Day, <br /> Labor Day, and Thanksgiving. <br /> <br />If the call for assistance is about how to perform a function, <br />then resolution will be quick. If there is a software problem, <br />then an assessment is made as quickly as possible and the <br />Customer told of a the time frame in which the software problem <br />will be rectified. <br /> <br />Responsibilities of Customer <br /> <br />The Customer will maintain the software in the same form and on <br />the same hardware as it is installed by Deltasystems. The <br />Customer will notify Deltasystems, in writing, of any changes in <br />hardware configuration. <br /> <br />In the case the Customer requires Deltasystems to maintain the <br />Software on the Customer's site, the Customer will provide the <br />following access: <br /> <br />1. Access to the Software on the Customer's Hardware. <br /> <br />2. Adequate working space and facilities within a reasonable <br /> distance of the Customer's Hardware. <br /> <br />3. Access to and use of all information and facilities <br /> determined necessary by Deltasystems to service the <br /> Software. <br /> <br />The Customer is responsible for maintaining a procedure external <br />to the Software for the reconstruction of lost or altered files, <br />data, or programs to the extent deemed necessary by the Customer, <br />and, for actually reconstructing any lost or altered files, data, <br />or programs. <br /> <br />Pa_vment for Products and Services <br /> <br />The Customer agrees to pay Deltasystems the amount of $ 6,600 for <br />the products and services to be provided under this agreement. <br />Payment shall be made within 30 days of the date of this <br />agreement.
