DELTASYSTEMS SUPPORT AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> SUPPORT AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> AND DELTASYSTEMS. <br /> <br />This agreement is made this 1st day July, 1989 between the City <br />of Pleasanton, here in after referred to as the Customer or <br />Licensee and Deltasystems of Autometric, Inc. having its <br />principal place of business at Suite 330, 2629 Redwing Road, Fort <br />Collins, Colorado 80526 hereinafter referred to as Deltasystems. <br /> <br />Where as the Customer wishes to obtain certain products and <br />services necessary to support the continued operation of <br />computerized land information system and Deltasystems is willing <br />to provide such products and services, the parties agree as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Products and Services <br /> <br /> Deltasystems agrees to provide the following products and <br />services: <br /> <br /> 1. Two software updates in machine readable medium together <br />with appropriate documentation revisions per year. <br /> <br /> 2. A complete revision of the User's Guide once per year. <br /> <br /> 3. Software update newsletters which describe new <br />developments in Deltasystem's software and information about <br />other Deltamap users. <br /> <br /> 4. Software error reporting that describes remedies for any <br />problems that are detected in the software. <br /> <br /> 5. Reasonable telephone consultation (not to exceed two <br />hours per week ) for assistance in using the software or <br />diagnosing software problems. <br /> <br /> 6. Services which may be performed during site visits but <br />are otherwise excluded from this agreement are: <br /> <br /> - Database Design; <br /> - Custom Software Enhancements; <br /> - Assistance in writing RFP's, RFI's, proposals, <br /> marketing materials, or Professional papers; <br /> - Project planning and management; <br /> - General geographic information system consulting. <br /> <br /> 7.
