CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-511 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SOFTWARE SUPPORT <br /> AGREEMENT WITH DELTASYSTEMS OF <br /> AUTOMETRIC, INC. FOR THE CITY ' S AUTOMATED <br /> MAPPING PROGRAM <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the Software Support <br /> Agreement between the City of Pleasanton and <br /> Deltasystems of Autometric, Inc., regarding <br /> the City's automated mapping program, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager to execute the above- <br /> described agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON DECEMBER 12, 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Pegg~ ~. _~z Idr~ ' ' <br /> Deputy C£ty Clerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
