(2) Subject to Building Code requirements for <br />adequate fire protection. <br />After further discussion, UPON MOTION OF COMMISSIONER GARRIGAN, SECONDED BY <br />CHAIRMAN ANTONINI, AND CARRIED, IT WAS DETERMINED TO APPROVE THE 20NINC <br />PERMIT, 2-67-9, SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITICNS: <br />(1) Approval of V-67-9. <br />(2) The existing fence on the north and we at property lines to be <br />removed and replaced by a 6 foot co®unity type fence, design <br />subject to approval of the Director of Planning. <br />(3) Size of plant material indicated to be as follows: trees and <br />shrubs to be a minimum of 5 gallon size except dwarf heather <br />which may be 1 gallon stock and ajuga and ivy which may be in <br />flats. Garibaldi. <br />Chairman Antonini opened the public hearing on the application of George D. <br />Garibaldi, 4230 Vervais Avenue, Pleasanton, for a Conditional Uae Permit <br />under Section 16.200, Ordinance No. 309, for the enlargement of an existing <br />non-conforming Residential Use to allow a swimming pool at the above location <br />in a C-T District. Mr. Spink presented the staff report which recommended <br />approval. Mr. Garibaldi was present in the audience and concurred with the <br />staff report. Upon motion of Chairman Antonini, seconded by Commissioner <br />Carrigan, and carried, the public hearing was closed. After further dis- <br />cussion, upon motion of Comoisaioner Carrigan, seconded by Co®iasioner <br />Plato, the following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 660 <br />WHEREAS, the application of George D. Mr. Spink presented <br />the staff report which recommended approval. UPON MOTION OF CHAIRMAN ANTONINI, <br />SECONDED BY COMpffSSIONER ARNOLD, AND CARRIED, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE ABOVE <br />NAMED 20NING PERMIT BE APPROVED. <br />Sf. Z-67-13. John C. Brule. <br />The next item on the agenda was the application of John C. Brule, 4384 <br />Clovewood Lane, Pleasanton, for a Zoning Permit in order to allow a temporary <br />office for plumbing service business as a home occupation at the above address <br />in an R-1 District. Mr. Spink presented the staff report which recommended <br />approval with stated conditions. Mr. Brule was present in the audience <br />and concurred with the staff report. After further discussion, UPON MOTION <br />OF COMMISSIONER ARNOLD, SECONDED BY COM[~fISSI0N8R GARRIGAN, AND CARRIED, IT <br />WAS DETERMINED THAT THE ABOVE NAMED APPLICATION BE APPROVED WITH THE FOL- <br />LOWING CONDITIONS: <br />(1) This permit will expire in 90 days and is not subject to <br />extension. <br />(2) Business vehicles shall be limited to one station wagon to <br />be parked on the premises. <br />(3) Ail storage of equipment or materials shall be within an <br />existing enclosed structure. <br />3-29-67 <br />
