(1) Necessary Building Permits be obtained.
<br />(2) Approval is limited to a period of one year sub-
<br />ject to extension upon written application to
<br />the Planning Commission for additional periods
<br />of one year.
<br />(3) After six months of operation from the date of
<br />approval, the applicant shall request a review by
<br />staff of the proposed use at which time the staff
<br />may refer Che approval to the Planning Commission
<br />for addition of conditions or termination.
<br />(4) No storage of equipment or building materials shall
<br />be allowed at this location.

<br />Chairman Antonini opened the public hearing on the application of Warren E.
<br />McMillan, 4108 Cid Way, Pleasanton, for a Variance from Section 6.500,
<br />Ordinance No. 309, in order to allow a patio cover to encroach into the
<br />required rear yard to be located at the above address in an R-1 District.
<br />Mr. Spink presented the staff report which recommended approval. Mr.
<br />McMillan was present in the audience and concurred with the staff report.
<br />Upon motion of Commissioner Johnston, seconded by Cos®iaeioner Arnold, and
<br />carried, the public hearing was closed. After further discussion, upon
<br />motion of Chairman Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Plato, the following
<br />resolution was adopted by unanimous vote.
<br />RESOLUTION NO. 658
<br />WHEREAS, the application of Warren E. McMillan, 4108 Cid
<br />Way, Pleasanton, for a Variance from Section
<br />6.500, Ordinance No. 304, in order to allow a
<br />patio cover to encroach into the required rear
<br />yard to be located at the above address in an
<br />R-1 District, has come before this Cosission:

<br />Chairman Antonini opened the public hearing on the application of A. S. Harris,
<br />4656 Whiting Street, Pleasanton, for a Variance from Section 8.500, Ordinance
<br />No. 309, in order to construct an apartment to encroach into the required
<br />rear yard, to be located at 4655 Augustine Street in an RG-15 District. At
<br />this time it was determined to consider Item 5d of the agenda, Zoning Permit
<br />Z-67-9, concurrent with the Variance.

<br />The next item was the application of A. S. Harris, 4656 Whiting Street,
<br />Pleasanton, for a Zoning Permit with Site Plan, Landscepo and Architectural
<br />Approval in order to construct a duplex at 4655 Augustine Street in an RG-15
<br />District. Mr. Spink presented the staff report which recommended approval
<br />with stated conditions. Upon motion of Commissioner Garrigan, seconded by
<br />Chairman Antonini, and carried, the public hearing on the Variance was closed.
<br />After further discussion, upon motion of Commissioner Garrigan, seconded by
<br />Commissioner Johnston, the following resolution was adopted by unanimous
<br />vote.
