City of Pleasanton. <br />The next item on the agenda was the application of the City of Pleasanton for <br />a Zoning Permit with Site Plan, Landscape and Architectural Approval for Phase <br />I development for Kottinger Community Park. Mr. Spink requested that this <br />item be continued to the meeting of June 28, 1967. UPODT MOTION OF CHAIRMAN <br />ANTONINI, SECONDED BY CO[~IIlISSIOMER GARRIGAN, AND CARRIED, IT WAS DETERMINED <br />TO CONTINUE THIS MATTER TO THS MEETING OF JUNE 28, 1967. <br />Sb. Z-67-31. Society of St. Vincent de Paul. <br />The next item on the agenda was the application of the Society of St. Vincent <br />de Paul, 9235 San Leandro St., Oakland, for a Zoning Permit for signs to be <br />located at 807 Main St. in a C-C District. Mr. Spink presented the staff <br />report which recommended approval with stated conditions. After further <br />discussion, UPON MOTION OF COMMISSIONER PLATO, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />GARRIGAN, AND CARRIED, IT WAS DETBRMINED THAT THE ABOVE NAMED APPLICATION BE <br />APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br />1. Letters for the Main Street frontage shall not exceed two feet in height. <br />2. Refacing of the projecting sign as proposed ie acceptable. <br />3. Sign on the North side (St. John Street) is not approved. <br />Sc. Z-67-32. Lea Fields. <br />The next item on the agenda was the application of Les Pields, 4053 Walnut <br />Drive, Pleasanton, for a Zoning Permit for temporary commercial storage in <br />existing agricultural buildings on the Hansen Ranch on an A District. Mr. Spink <br />presented the staff report which recommended approval with stated conditions. <br />After further discussion, UPON MOTION OF COMMISSIONER PLATO, SECONDED BY COM- <br />MISSIONER GARRIGAN AND CARRIED, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THS ABOVE NAMED APPLICA- <br />TION BE APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br />1. Temporary use to be allowed for a period of 6 months with a staff review of <br />effect on traffic of the increased commercial vehicle movements. If staff <br />determines that no undesirable traffic has resulted, an additional 6 months <br />use may be allowed. <br />2. Additional extension of time may be granted subject to Planning Commission <br />approval. <br />3. Applicant and owner shall enter into an agreement with the City of Pleasanton, <br />form subject to approval by the City Attorney, releasing the City of Pleas- <br />anton from any responsibility fran lose resultant from inadequate fire <br />protection. <br />4. The use shall be terminated immediately upon rezoning of the subject pro- <br />perty to other than an A zone. <br />5. General site clean-up of the property in the vicinity of this building. <br />6. No outside storage shall be permitted. <br />Sd. Z-67-33. First National $ank. of Pleasanton. <br />The next item on the agenda was the application of First National Bank of <br />Pleasanton, 4377 First Street for a Zoning Permit with Site Plan, Landscape <br />and Architectural approval for remodeling of an existing building for new bank <br />quarters located at 749 Main Street in a C-C District.
