at 4160 Stanley Blvd. from the R-1 Mstrict to the RC-15 District. Mr. Spink <br />recommended that this item be continued to July 12, 1967. Mr. John Corley, <br />representing Mr. Comer, spoke relative to the feelings of his client. After <br />further discussion, UPON MOTION OF CNAIRMAN ANTONINI, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />GARRIGAN, APID CARRIED, IT WAS DBTERMINED TO CONTINUE THIS MATTER TO THB NESTING <br />OF JULY 12, 1967. This was done with the consent of Mr. Cosier and his <br />attorney John Corley. <br />4c. V-67-23. Victoz Lund, Jr. <br />Chairman Antonini opened the public hearing on the application of Victor Lund, <br />Jr., 164 Main Street for a Variance from Section 9.201, Ordinance No. 309 to <br />allow signs with a total area in excess of 20 square feet to be located at the <br />above address in a C-0 Mstrict. Mr. Spink presented the staff report which <br />recosmended approval. Mr. Lund was present in the audience. Upon motion of <br />Commissioner Garrigan, seconded by Commissioner Arnold, and carried, the <br />public hearing was closed. After further discussion, upon motion of Coooniesioner <br />Garrigan, seconded by Commissioner Arnold, the following resolution was adopted <br />by unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 680 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Victor Lund, Jr., 164 Main St., for a <br />Variance from Section 9.201, Ordinance No. 309 to allow <br />signs with a total area in excess of 20 square feet <br />to be located at the above address in a C-0 District, has <br />come before this Coamission: <br />NOW, TFB:REF~E, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above named application be approved including <br />amendment to Zoning Permit Z-66-39 to include the two addi- <br />tional sigas with no additional fees required. <br />4d. UP-67-10. Pleasanton Township_ ~ounty_Water District. <br />Chairman Antonini opened the public hearing on the application of Pleasanton <br />Township County Water Mstrict, P.O. Box 70, Pleasanton, for a Use Permit <br />to allow the construction of a well and pump system to be located at the north- <br />east quadrant of the intersection of Valley Avenue and Hopyard Road in an A <br />M strict. Mr. Spink presented the staff report which recommended approval <br />subject to stated conditions. Upon motion of Cosmmiasioner Garrigan, seconded <br />by Chairman Antonini, and carried, the public hearing was closed. After <br />further discussion, upon motion of Commissioner Arnold, seconded by Chairman <br />Antonini, the following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 681 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Pleasanton Township County Water <br />District, P.O. Box 70, Pleasanton, for a Uae Permit <br />to allow the construction of a well and pump system <br />to be located at the northeast quadrant of the inter- <br />section of Valley Avenue and Hopyard Road in an A <br />M strict, has come before this Comtsission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above named application be approved subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. Site Plan, Landscape 6 Architectural Approval <br />is required. <br />2. Plans shall incorporate the following features: <br />(a) Any structure shall be designed to be <br />architecturally compatible with the surrounding <br />residential development. <br />(b) Any building or equipment and fencing shall <br />recognize the setback lines of the R-1 District. <br />(c) Mechanical equipment shall be so designed and <br />found to meet the performance standards requirements <br />for sound control. <br />(d) Landscape screening shall be provided to <br />protect adjoining properties; location and extent <br />to be determined at the time of Site Plan, Land- <br />scape and Architectural Approval. <br />6-14-67 <br />
