Mr. Spink presented the staff report <br />which recommended a continuance of this matter. UPON MOTION OF COMPIISSIONER <br />GP.RRIGAN, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER'PLATO, AND CARRIED, IT WAS DETERMINED TO <br />CONTINUE THIS APPLICATION FORA VARIANCE TO THE MEETING OF JULY 26, 1967. <br />This continuance was accomplished with the consent of the applicant. <br />4c. RZ-67-6 D & V Buiiders~_Inc. <br />Chairman Antonini opened the public gearing on the application of D & V Builders, <br />Inc., 6000 Telegraph Avenue, Oakland, for an amendment to Ordinance No. 309, <br />rezoning approximately 3 acres in the area generally bounded by Hopyard Road, <br />Black Avenue, Harvest Road, and Meadowview and Oak View Courts, extended from <br />C-N (Neighborhood Commercial) and RG-15 (Garden Apartments) to the R-1 (Single <br />Family Residence) and the A (Agricultural) Districts. Mr. Spink presented the <br />staff report which recommended approval. Mr. Dudley Frost concurred with the <br />staff report. Upon motion of Commissioner Garrigan, seconded by Commissioner <br />Plato, and carried, the public hearing was closed. V-67-24 James Putt. <br />Chairman Antonini opened the public hearing on the application of James Putt, <br />4349 Second Street for a Variance from Sec. 7.500 and 16.602, Ordinance No. 309, <br />to allow construction of a carport at the above address in an R-2 District. <br />Mr. Spink presented the staff report which recommended approval. Mr. Putt was <br />present in the audience and concurred with the staff report. Upon motion of <br />Commissioner Garrigan, seconded by Commissioner Plato, and carried, the public <br />hearing was closed.
