<br />The next item on the agenda was the application of Terry Hufft, 49 Crest Avenue,
<br />IJalnut Creek, for a Zoning Pewit with Site Plan, Landscape and Architectural
<br />Approval to construct an office building at 825 and 835 Main Street in a C-C
<br />District. Mr. Spink presented the staff report which recommended approval with
<br />stated conditions. Mr. Osborne, representing Terry Hufft, was present in the
<br />audience and spoke relative to the landscaping. After further discussion, UPON
<br />MOTION OF COMMISSIONER ARNOLD, SECONDED BY CHAIRMAN ANTONINI, AND CARRIED, IT
<br />Z,IAS DETERMINED THAT TFII: ABOVE NAMED APPLICATION BE APPROVED IN CONFORMANCR WITH

<br />Hills development to locate at the intersection of Bernal Avenue and Foothill
<br />Road and at the intersection of Valley Avenue and Nopyard Road. Mr. Spink pre-
<br />sented the staff report which recommended ccatinuation to allow applicant to
<br />apply for a Variance for sign area. Applicant was advised that directional
<br />signs would be all that would be allowed and that off-tract signs will not be
<br />granted except on land that is to be developed. UPON MOTION OF COMMISSIONER
<br />PLATO, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER ARNOLD, AND CARRIED, IT WAS DETERMINED TO
<br />CONTINUE THIS MATTER TO THE MEETING OF AUGUST 9, 1967. This item was continued
<br />with the consent of the applicant.
