RESOLUTION N0. 697 <br />t~REAS, the application of the Murray School District, 7997 <br />Vomac Road, Dublin, for a Conditional Usa Permit <br />for a school and related facilities to be located <br />on Highland Oaks Drive between Treewood Court and <br />Sandlewood Drive in an R-1 District, has come before <br />this Commission: <br />NOW, THERHFORE, BB IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above named application be approved in con=. <br />formance with Exhibit "A". <br />4f. Z-67-41. Murrav School District. <br />The next item was the application for Zoning Permit with Site Plan, Landscape and <br />Architectural Approval for a school and related facilities, to be located on <br />Highland Oaks Drive between Treewood Court and Sandlewood Drive in an R-1 District. <br />Mr. Spink presented the staff report which recommended approval subject to stated <br />conditions. Mr. Jim Aiken representing the Board of Trustees was present and <br />stated he felt they could meet the parking requirements in Phase II. He also <br />stated that a complete Site Plan Landscape could be completed and submitted to <br />the Planning Commission. Mr. Spink stated the landscape plan did not need to be <br />as detailed as a construction plan. Mr. Spink also stated that contact between <br />the school board and the staff should be personal if possible, and would make <br />himself available at the school district board meeting when this report is <br />considered. UPON MOTION OF COMMISSIONER ARNOLD, SECONDBD BY CHAIRMAN ANTONINI, <br />AND CARRIED, IT WAS DBTERMINED THAT THE ABOVE APPLICATION BE APPROVED SUBJECT <br />TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br />1. Four additional parking spaces to be provided in conjunction with Phase II <br />development. <br />2. A Landscape Plan to be submitted for approval of staff, including provision <br />for street trees at 40 feet on center on all street frontages. <br />3. Provision of an 8 foot public service easement along the frontage of Highland <br />Oaks Drive and Sandlewood Drive. <br />4g. V-67-27. Rainier Construction Comoanv. <br />Chairman Antonini opened the public hearing on the application of Rainier Con- <br />struction Company, 6000 Telegraph Avenue, Oakland, for a Variance from Sec. 6.500 <br />to allow an encroachment into the required rear yard at 2381 tJoodthrush Way in <br />an R-1 District. Mr. Spink presented the staff report which recommended approval. <br />Upon motion of Chairman Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Plato, and carried, the <br />public hearing was closed. Upon motion of Commissioner Plato, seconded by <br />Chairman Antonini, the following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 698 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Rainier Construction Company for <br />a Variance from Sec. 6.500 to allow an encroachment into <br />the required rear yard at 2381 Woodthrush Way in an R-1 <br />District, has come before this Co~ fission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above named application be approved in con- <br />formance with Exhibit "A". <br />4h. V-67-28, Mel F. Cooper. <br />Chairman Antonini opened the public hearing on the application of Mel F. Cooper, <br />372 Ewing Drive, for a Variance from ^18:108 and 18.603 to allow a fence to <br />encroach into the side street side yard at the above address in an R-1 District. <br />Mr. Spink presented the staff report which recommended approval. Upon motion of <br />Chairman Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Plato, and carried, the public hearing <br />was closed. Upon motion of Co®issioner Plato, seconded by Chairman Antonini, <br />the following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote: <br />RESOLUTION N0. G99 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Mel F. Coops; 372 Ewing Drive, for <br />a Variance from Sec. 15.108 and 18.603 to allow a <br />fence to encroach into the side street aide yard at the <br />above address in an R-1 District, has come before this <br />Commission: <br />NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above application be approved in conformance <br />Exhibit "A". <br />_3_ 7-26-67 <br />
