Z-67-43, Lvnnewood Methodist Church <br />The next item on the agenda was the application of Lynnewood Methodist Church, <br />1560 Santa Rita Road, for a Zoning Permit with Site Plan, Landscape and Architec- <br />tural Approval for a temporary church meeting facility on property located on the <br />West side of Foothill Road approximately 1/4 mile North of Bernal Avenue in an <br />"A" District. After further discussion, UPON MOTION OF COMMISSIONER ARNOLD, <br />SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER PLATO, AND CARRIED, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE ABOVE <br />NAMED APPLICATION BE APPROVED IN CONFORMANCE WITH EXEIIBIT "A" AND SUBJECT TO <br />THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br />1. The access driveway be built subject to staff approval, based on sketch <br />modifications shown on Exhibit "A". <br />2. The access driveway be subject to Fire Chief approval. <br />3. T4~e building addition to be to the east of the existing structure; the design <br />revision subject to approval of staff. <br />4c. RZ-67-8, Citv Council. <br />Chairman Antonini opened the public hearing on the application of the City Council <br />for an amendment to Ordinance No, 304 amending the Zoning Map to rezone and <br />prezone the incorporated area of the City of Pleasanton and the area of the <br />Pleasanton General Plan as adopted to apply the Residential Overlay District to <br />the entire area generally bounded by Route 50, Route 84 Freeway and the Pleasanton, <br />Main, and Sunol Ridges. Mr. Spink presented the staff report which recommended <br />continuance of this item. UPON MOTION OF COMMISSIONER PLATO, SECONDED BY CHAIRNiAx <br />ANTO1dINI, AND CARRIED, IT idAS DBTERMINED TO CONTINUE TAI9 ITEM TO TILE DffiETTNG OF <br />AUGUST 9, 1967. <br />4d. RZ-67-9. Plannine Commission. <br />Chairman Antonini opened the public hearing on the application of the Planning <br />Commission for an amendmenC to Ordinance No. 309 amending the Zoning Map to zone <br />the area of Annexation No. 42 to the A (Agricultural) District. Mr. Spink stated <br />the proposal. Upon motion of Chairman Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Plato, <br />and carried, the public hearing was closed. Upon motion of Commissioner Plato, <br />seconded by Chairman Antonini, the following resolution was adopted by unanimous <br />vote: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 696 <br />WHERHAS, the application of the Planning Commission for an <br />amendmene to Ordinance No. 309 amending the Zoning <br />Map to zone the area of Annexation No. 42 to the A <br />(Agricultural) District, has come before this <br />Co®ission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the Planning Commission reco~nd to the City <br />Council the rezoning of Che subject property from <br />interim "A" District to "A" District in conformance <br />with Exhibit "A". <br />4e. UP-67-11, Murrav School District. <br />Chairman Antonini opened the public hearing on the application of the Murray <br />School District, 7997 Vomac Road, Dublin, for a Conditional Use Permit for a <br />school and related facilities to be located on Highland Oaks Drive between <br />Treewood Court and Sandlewood Drive in an R-1 District. Mr. Spink presented the <br />staff report which recommended approval in conformance with Exhibit "A". Mr. <br />Jim Aiken, representing Murray School District, was present and had no objections. <br />Upon motion of Chairman Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Arnold and carried, <br />the public hearing was closed.
