<br />Chairman Antonini opened the public hearing on the application of the Pleasanton
<br />City Council for a Conditional Use Permit under Section 6.301, Ordinance No.
<br />309, for the construction of a water pimmping station as part of the Municipal
<br />Water System to be located at 1530 Santa Rita Road in an R-i District. Mr.
<br />Spink presented the staff report. It was decided to consider simultaneously
<br />Item 4d, Z-67-54, Zoning Permit with Site Plan, Landscape, & Architectural
<br />Approval for the construction of a water pumping station to be located at
<br />1530 Santa Rita Road in an R-1 District. After further discussion, upon
<br />motion of Commissioner Garrigan, seconded by Commissioner Arnold, and carried,
<br />the public hearing was closed. Upon motion of Commissioner Garrigan, seconded
<br />by Chairman Antonini, the following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote:

<br />WHEREAS, the application of the Pleasanton City Council for

<br />on the application of Roberta S. Hampton, 1877 Brooktree Way for a Variance
<br />from Sec. 6.500, Ordinance No. 309 to construct a patio cover in the requires
<br />rear yard at the above address in an R-1 District. Mr. Spink presented the
<br />staff report recommending approval. Upon motion of Commissioner Arnold,
<br />seconded by Chairman Antonini, and carried, the public hearing was closed.
<br />Upon motion of Commissioner Arnold, seconded by Commissioner Garrigan, the
<br />following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote:

<br />the application of Emanuel Coito, 2250 Fairfield Road for a Variance from
<br />Sec. 6.500, Ordinance No. 309 to allow a deck to encroach into the required
<br />rear yard at the above address in an R-1 District. Mr. Spink presented the
<br />staff report. Upon motion of Commissioner Garrigan, seconded by Commissioner
<br />Arnold, and carried, the public hearing was closed. Upon motion of Commissioner
<br />Arnold, seconded by Chairman Antonini, the following resolution was adopted
<br />by .unanimous vote:
