That the developer agree to participate in fi- <br />nancing the replacement of the drainage structure <br />at the Hopyard Road crossing of the Pleasanton <br />Canal to the extent determined by the City Engineer, <br />further that the developer participate in one-h?lf <br />the cost o£ "Y" Drive crossing of Pleasanton <br />Canal (structure and roadway) and in equivalent <br />road;aay sections across one-half the width of <br />the Arroyo Valle and Arroyo de Laguna to the <br />extent of the maximum obligation established <br />by the Subdivision Ordinance. <br />15. That the developer grant to the City of Pleas- <br />anton an easement for recreational use of that <br />portion of the Arroyo del Valle between the <br />top of the bank and the property line. This <br />easement should be granted prior to any other <br />dedication of the property and should be para- <br />mount to any other grant of this property. <br />17. That the right-of-way of Valley Avenue and Hop- <br />yard Road be varied to provide pockets for <br />additional landscaping and that the developer <br />be given credit for any loss to the area of <br />large lots that resolve from this variation. <br />Gf. Z-64-28, Galli Homes. <br />Application of Galli Homes, 377 Nest Portal Avenue, San Francisco, for modi- <br />fication to Zoning Permit 2-G4-28, Condition 7c as approved by the Planning <br />Commission at their regular meeting of June 28, 1967. Mr. Castro presented <br />the staff report which explained that Condition 7c would impose a hardship <br />on certain lots due to the setback requirements as set forth in that condition. <br />There was considerable disr_ussion concerning the size of the smaller lots, <br />and the problem of fitting houses on these particular lots. Upon motion <br />of. Chairman Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Plato, the following reso- <br />lution was adopted by unanimous vote: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 733 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Gal.li Homes, 377 West Portal <br />Avenue, San Francisco „ for modification to Zoning <br />Permit Z-64-28, Condition 7c, as approved by the <br />Planning Commission on June 28, 19u7, has come <br />before this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RFSOI~VED: that the above application be approved with <br />the following condition: <br />1.
