He also stated that parking lanes were necessary
for several reasons. The Commission and audience were informed that the State
had been asked to reduce the required amount of feet for the street right-of-way;
the State hocaever did not agree to the reduction.
Shirley Maxwell asked for confirmation that the City would allow a house with
2 by 3 studs to be moved back on the lot~~.
Chairman Antonini explained that said houses could be moved back on the lots.
Upon motion of Commissioner Arnold, seconded by Commissioner Carrigan,
and carried, the public hearing was closed.
Upon motion of Commissioner Arnold, seconded by Commissioner Gibbs, the follow-
ing Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote:
RESOLUTION N0. 749
WHEREAS, the application of the Planning Commission for an
amendment to Article 18-A, Ordinance No. 309, e~tab-
lishing precise plan lines for alignment, special
setback and future street width lines for Division
Street from St. Mary Street to Hopyard Road, has come
before this Commission,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED: that the Planning Commission recommend to the
City Council that they approve the precise plan
lines annotated on Exhibit "A", dated January 24,
1968.
-2- 1-24-68
