<br />Next was the application of County of Alameda by J. Jack Bras, for a Zoning
<br />Permit with Site Plan and Architectural Approval for a proposed bathroom-
<br />storage facility building, to be located on Alameda County Fairgrounds. UPON
<br />MOTION OF COMMISSIONER GARRIGAN, SECONDED BY CHAIRMAN ANTONINI, AND CARRIED,
<br />IT WAS DETERMINED TO APPROVE ZONING PERMIT Z-67-89 SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING
<br />CONDITION:
<br />1. That the permit is granted for the land as described in the
<br />application and any attachments thereto, and as shown on the
<br />plot plan submitted, labeled Exhibit "A".
<br />6a.) Z-67-74, Z-67-75, Z-67-76, Amador Valley Investors.
<br />Next was the application of Amador Valley Investors for reconsideration of
<br />previous permission, to allow modification of the location of above signs.
<br />Mr. Castro informed the Commission that Sign No. 2, located at Santa Rita
<br />Road, opposite West Las Positas Boulevard, was on County land and approval
<br />by the Commission was invalid. Mr. Castro endorsed the sites of Sign No. 1
<br />and Sign No. 3, to be located at the southwest corner of Santa Rita Road and
<br />Black Avenue, and Tassajara Road, rear of lots 35 and 44, Tract 2964 respectively.
<br />It was understood that Sign ~~1 would be the existing temporary sign. UPON MOTIQV
<br />OF COMMISSIONER GARRIGAN, SECONDED BY CHAIRMAN ANTONINI, AND CARRIED, IT WAS
<br />DETERMINED TO APPROVE Z-67~ and Z-67-76, SUBJECT TO THE PREVIOUS CONDITIONS.

<br />7.) COMMUNICATIONS.
<br />Mr. Castro read a letter from Barbara Marshall asking for permission to operate
<br />a specialized retail clothing shop at 4294 Stanley Boulevard, presently zoned
<br />C-T Commercial Thoroughfare District. UPON MOTION OF CHAIRMAN ANTONINI,
<br />SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER GARRIGAN, AND CARRIED, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE
<br />RETAIL CLOTHING SHOP COULD BE ALLOWED IN THE C-T DISTRICT, AT 4294 STANLEY
<br />BOULEVARD,
<br />9.) REFERRALS FROM ALAMEDA COUNTY.
<br />(a) The Commission considered the application of the 808th Unit, San Ramon
<br />Village Company for rezoning and took the following action:
<br />Upon motion of Commissioner Garrigan, seconded by Commissioner Arnold, the
<br />following Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote:
<br />RESOLUTION N0. 751
<br />WHEREAS, the application of the 808th Unit - San Ramon
<br />Village Company to rezone from the A-2 District
<br />to the Neighborhood Commercial District and
<br />the Suburban Multiple Residence - (1,500 aq.
<br />ft. minimum building site area per dwelling unit)
<br />District, two parcels of Land 5.6 and 14.1
<br />acres respectively, located on the south side
<br />of the future extension of Amador Valley Blvd.,
<br />between the Southern Pacific right-of-way and
<br />Dougherty Road, Pleasanton Township, has come
<br />before this Commission,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
<br />RESOLVED: that the Pleasanton Planning Coffinission does
<br />hereby endorse the above application.
<br />(b.)The Commission considered the application of the 813th Unit, McLain Develop-
<br />ment Company, and took the following action: Upon motion of Commissioner
<br />Garrigan, seconded by Commissioner Arnold, the following Resolution was
<br />adopted by unanimous vote:

<br />has reviewed said zoning petition and map, and has
<br />studied the compatible land use of the area end
