In accordance with the applicant's request, this matter was considered <br />later in the meeting to allow him to be there. <br />__._ __ _ <br />6a.) Z-68-14. J. Jack Bras. <br />Next was the application of J. Jack Bras for McKay and Samps for a Zoning Permit <br />with Site Plan and Architectural Approval for a proposed addition to the <br />e:clsting office building located at 120 Spring Street, Pleasanton. Mr. Castro <br />presented the staff report recommending approval with conditions. Mr. Bras <br />was present and expressed no objection to the conditions. Mr. Bras stated, <br />in answer to Mr. Castro's question, that redwood siding would be continued <br />around to the back of the building as far as the City Building Code would <br />permit it. Upon motion of Commissioner Garrigan, seconded by Chairman <br />Antonini, the following Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 767 <br />WHEREAS, the application of McKay and Somps for a Zoning Permit <br />(Z-68-14) with Site Plan and Architectural Approval <br />for a proposed addition to the existing office building <br />located at 120 Spring Street, has come before this <br />Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above application be approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the permit is granted, for the land as described <br />in the application and any attachment thereto, and as <br />shown on the plot plan submitted labeled Exhibit A. <br />2. That all parking areas and driveways shall be <br />improved with asphaltic concrete. <br />3. That the applicant shall provide 23 parking spaces <br />which shall be striped and bumper stopped. <br />4. That the applicant shall resubmit a more precise <br />landscaping plan describing plant and materials, subject <br />to the approval of the Planning Director. <br />5. That all landscaped areas shall be protected <br />by 6 inch concrete header. <br />6. That the exterior materials of the proposed addition <br />shall be as per description outlined on the elevation <br />drawing. <br />6b.) Z-68-16, Ted Slosek. <br />Application of J. Jack Bras for Ted Slosek, for a Zoning Permit (Z-68-16) for <br />Site Plan with Architectural Approval to review a proposed addition to an <br />existing single family residence located at 490 Pinehill Lane. Mr. Castro <br />gave the staff report recommending approval; noting however that the only possi- <br />ble problem would be the future street widening of Pinehill Lane. That the permit is granted for the property described in the application <br />and any attachment thereto and as shown on the plot plan labeled Exhibit A. <br />2.
