M I N U T E S <br />Planning Commission <br />City of Pleasanton <br />March 27, 1968 <br />The regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission was called to order <br />by Chairman Antonini at 8:02 P.M., on Wednesday, March 27, 1968. <br />ROLL CALL showed the following: <br />present: Commissioner Arnold <br />Garrigan <br />Gibbs <br />Plato <br />Chairman Antonini <br />Secretary Castro <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Arnold, seconded by Commissioner Garrigan, the fol- <br />lowing Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 765 <br />WHEREAS, the condition regarding setbacks was omitted from <br />Resolution No. 763, adopted March 13, 1968, con- <br />,- cerning Tract 3004, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that Resolution No. 763 shall be amended by adding <br />a condition to read as follows: <br />"25. That the front yard, side yard, and rear yard <br />setbacks applicable to this development shall be as <br />per standards noted on Page 4 of the report labeled <br />Planned Unit Development, Tract 3004." <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Arnold, seconded by Commissioner Garrigan, and <br />carried, the minutes of March 13, 1968, were approved as corrected. <br />4.) Mr. Castro noted there were two additions to the agenda: <br />(a) Zoning Permit Z-68-16 for Ted Slosek <br />(b) Request for approval of a time extension for Tract 2904, D & V Builders. <br />V-68-3. Stoneson Dev_e_lopment Corporation. <br />Chairman Antonini opened the public hearing on the application of Stoneson <br />Development Corporation, 3150 20th Avenue, San Francisco, for a Variance to <br />Section 18.101 to allow a reduction on the required side yard of a corner lot <br />from 15 feet to 12 feet on that property known as Lot 36, Tract 2843 (5098 <br />Lynbrook Court). Mr. Castro presented the staff report which recommended <br />approval. Upon motion of Chairman Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Garrigan, <br />and carried, the public hearing was closed. Upon motion of Commissioner <br />Carrigan, seconded by Commissioner Plato, the following Resolution was adopted <br />by unanimous vote: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 766 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Stoneson Development Corporation, 3150 <br />20th Avenue, San Francisco, for a Variance (V-68-3) to <br />Section 18.101 to allow a reduction on the required side <br />yard of a corner lot from 15 feet to 12 feet nn that <br />property known as Lot 36, Tract 2843, has come before <br />this Commission, <br />T'OW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RP.,SOLVED: that the above application be approved subject ro <br />the following condition: <br />1, 3-27-68 <br />
