RF.SOLU'LION N0. 823 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Tract 2896, generally that property <br />located between Foothill Road and <br />Interstate ~p680, and north of highland <br />Oaks Development containing approximately <br />170.1 acres, has come before this <br /> Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED, that Tentative Tract Map 2896 be approved <br />as described on Exhibit A, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> 1. That all in-tract easements be granted <br />as public service easements with no r°ference <br /> to specific use. <br />/~ ~ ~ ~ <br />;(~ 2. That the number, size and location of fire <br />hydrants remain subject to change pending <br />completion of a study of this matter by <br />the Fire Chief. <br />3. That the developer provide all the street <br />lighting facilities necessary to adequately <br />light the streets within and adjacent to <br />this tract and the linear park at the <br />lowest possible cost to the City and i.n accord- <br />ance with the method, City owned or P.G.&E. <br />owned, that is commonly in use by the City <br />of Pleasanton at the time of approval of the <br />final map. <br />4. That electric pocaer distribution and <br />communication service systems beadlmounted <br />totally underground except for p <br />transformers and above-groan thatcthe ° <br />cabinets where necessary, <br />existing wooden pole line along Foothill <br />Road be replaced with a streamline system <br />using steel poles. <br />5. That approval of the sanitary sewer system <br />be withheld until the developer has demonstrated <br />to the satisfaction of the City Engineer that <br />the proposed system is adequate for the service <br />area and generally meets the immediate and <br />long range requirements of the sanitary sewer <br />system in this and all tributary areas. <br />6. That approval of the water supply and dis- <br />tribution system be withheld until the de- <br />veloper.has demonstrated to the satisfaction <br />of the City Engineer that the proB°ran e reem <br />meets both the immediate and long- g <br />quirements for supplying water in this area. <br />
