RF.SOLU'LION N0. 823 WHEREAS, Tract 2896, generally that property located between Foothill Road and Interstate ~p680, and north of highland Oaks Development containing approximately 170.1 acres, has come before this Commission, NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED, that Tentative Tract Map 2896 be approved as described on Exhibit A, subject to the following conditions: 1. That all in-tract easements be granted as public service easements with no r°ference to specific use. /~ ~ ~ ~ ;(~ 2. That the number, size and location of fire hydrants remain subject to change pending completion of a study of this matter by the Fire Chief. 3. That the developer provide all the street lighting facilities necessary to adequately light the streets within and adjacent to this tract and the linear park at the lowest possible cost to the City and i.n accord- ance with the method, City owned or P.G.&E. owned, that is commonly in use by the City of Pleasanton at the time of approval of the final map. 4. That electric pocaer distribution and communication service systems beadlmounted totally underground except for p transformers and above-groan thatcthe ° cabinets where necessary, existing wooden pole line along Foothill Road be replaced with a streamline system using steel poles. 5. That approval of the sanitary sewer system be withheld until the developer has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City Engineer that the proposed system is adequate for the service area and generally meets the immediate and long range requirements of the sanitary sewer system in this and all tributary areas. 6. That approval of the water supply and dis- tribution system be withheld until the de- veloper.has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City Engineer that the proB°ran e reem meets both the immediate and long- g quirements for supplying water in this area.
