Code Chance - Wood Shinslea (Memo from Fire Dept to Planning Commission <br />Mr. Castro asked the Commission to review the memorandums enclosed in their <br />packets, noting that the matter would be discussed at the Planning Commission <br />meeting June 26, 1968. <br />12b.) Kolb Pronertv <br />Mr. Castro informed the Commission that the request of Mr. Richard Taylor <br />regarding a proposed development to be located on the Kolb Property at <br />Foothill Road and Interstate Route 580, had been reviewed by the City <br />Council at their meeting of May 27, 1968. Mr. Castro further stated that the <br />City Council requested the Planning Department to make a land use study of <br />the general area to determine if additional commmercial land could be <br />justified at this time. He also advised the Commission that the matter world <br />be further reviewed by the City Council at their meeting of June 17, 1968. <br />There being no further business to come before the Commission, upon motion <br />of Chairman Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Gibbs, and carried, the <br />m=eting was adjourned at 11:30 P.M, to meet again on June 263--1968. ~O VET,/ <br />tary <br />7• 6-~2-68 <br />
