RESOLUTION N0. 786 <br />WHEREAS, the application of the Planning Commission for an <br />amendment to Ordinance No. 520 amending the Zoning <br />Map to zone portions of Annexation 49 to A (Agri- <br />culture), R-1 (Single Family), and C-F (Commercial <br />Freeway) Districts has come before this Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the Planning Commission of the City of Pleas- <br />anton hereby recommends the modification of said zone <br />change (RZ-67-14) for those properties encompassed <br />by Annexation 49 from the A (Agriculture) District <br />to the following districts as described below: <br />United States Government <br />D & V Builders <br />Costanzo Wilson <br />Mel Mack <br />Edwin Wortham <br />William Struthers <br />Shell Oil Company <br />Leontine Halverson <br />Western Sierra Lumber Co. <br />A, Agriculture District <br />R-1 (6500) One Family District <br />R-1 (6500) One Family District <br />RM-25 Multi-family District <br />RM-15, Multi-family District <br />C-F Freeway Commercial District <br />RM-25, Multi-family District <br />RM-25, Multi-family District <br />C-S, Commercial Service District <br />R•1 (6500) One Family District <br />RM-25, Multi-family District <br />except the southerly 330 feet <br />extending from the westerly <br />property line to Santa Rita Rd., <br />said property to be zoned to <br />C-S, Commercial Service District. <br />Sb.) Travel Universal. Z-68-24 <br />Next was the application of Travel Universal, 2152 Second Street, Livermore, <br />for a Zoning Permit to establish a travel agency and a Greyhound Bus office <br />terminal. Mr. Castro informed the Commission this item should be removed <br />from the agenda until Travel Universal submits a new site for consideration. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Sa.) V-68-15, Rainier Construction Company <br />Chairman Antonini opened the public hearing on the application of Rainier <br />Construction Company, 6000 Telegraph Avenue, Oakland, for a Variance to <br />Section 2.100 to allow the encroachment of a one-story dwelling 2 feet <br />into the required rear yard setback on Lot 87, 2326 Wallet Way. Upon motion <br />of Chairman Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Plato, and carried, the public <br />hearing was closed. Upon motion of Commissioner Plato, seconded by Chairman <br />Antonini, the following Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 787 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Rainier Construction Company, <br />6000 Telegraph Avenue, Oakland, for a Variance <br />to Section 2.100 to allow the encroachment of a <br />one-story dwelling 2 feet into the required rear <br />yard setback on Lot 87, 2326 Wiliet Way has come <br />before this Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above application be approved subject <br />to the following condition: <br />1. That the permit is granted for the land as <br />described in the application and any attachment <br />thereto and as shown on the plot plan submitted, <br />labeled Exhibit A. <br />Sb.)
