1. That all in-tract easements be granted <br />as public service easements with no reference <br />to specific use. <br />2. That the number, size and location of fire <br />hydrants remain subject to change pending <br />completion of a study of this matter by the <br />Fire Chief. <br />3. That the developer provide all the street <br />lighting facilities necessary to adequately <br />light the streets within and adjacent to <br />this tract and the linear park at the <br />lowest possible cost to the City and in <br />accordance with the method, City owned or <br />P.G. & E. owned, that is comononly in use <br />by the City of Pleasanton at the time of <br />approval of the final map. <br />4. That electric power distribution and <br />communication service systems be placed <br />totally underground except for pad-mounted <br />transformers and above-ground splicing <br />cabinets where necessary, and that the <br />existing wooden pole line along Foothill <br />Road be replaced with a streamline system <br />using steel poles. <br />5. That approval of the sanitary sewer system <br />be withheld until the developer has demonstrated <br />to the satisfaction of the City Engineer that <br />the proposed system is adequate for the service <br />area and generally meets the immediate and <br />long range requirements of the sanitary sewer <br />system in this and all tributary areas. <br />6. That approval of the water supply and <br />distribution system be withheld until the <br />developer has demonstrated to the satisfaction <br />of the City Engineer that the proposed system <br />meets both the immediate and long-range <br />requirements for supplying water in this area.. <br />7. That approval of the storm drainage system <br />be withheld until final design calculations <br />have been checked and the developer has <br />demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer that the system fully meets the <br />requirements of this development and all <br />upstream areas intended to be drained through <br />this tract and that the requirements of Alameda <br />County Flood Control District have been met. <br />8. That street widths be increased as follows: <br />Street H from 46 ft. to 50 ft. <br />Street D from 46 ft. to 50 ft. <br />Capwell Dr. (Springdale Ave. to Street N) <br />from 84 ft. to 104 ft. <br />Street W (Springdale Ave. to Street N) <br />from 50 ft. to 60 ft.; <br />further, that approval of the following street <br />widths: <br />- 4 - <br />
