NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Co®ission of the <br />City of Pleasanton hereby grants a one-year <br />extension for Tentative Tract Map 462980, <br />Vintage Hills, Unit 466, to expire on <br />November 21, 1969. <br />9. TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAPS <br />a. Application of D & V Builders for approval of Tentative Tract Map 463062, <br />Pleasanton Valley. <br />The Planning Director advised the Commission that Lots 1 and 11, were below <br />the minimum lot width for corner lots and therefore, a variance would be <br />necessary to allow the lot pattern as proposed. <br />The staff report showed no objections otherwise to the Tentative Tract Map <br />and the Planning Director recommended continuance of the approval of said <br />map until the variance for the corner lot had been resolved. <br />Upon motion of Chairman Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Arnold, and <br />carried, the Public Hearing was closed. <br />UPON MOTION OF CHAIRMAN ANTONINI, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER ARNOLD, AND <br />CARRIED, THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS ADOPTED UNANIMOUSLY. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 827 <br />WHEREAS, the application of D & V Builders for approval <br />of Tentative Tract Map 463062, Pleasanton <br />Valley, has come before this Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton hereby continues said <br />application until such time as the variance <br />procedure for Lots 1 and 11 has been <br />resolved. <br />12.REFERRALS FROM RECREATION AND PARK COMMISSION <br />a. Recreation and Park Commission Recommendation Re: Credit for Private Recreation <br />Areas under Park Dedication Ordinance. <br />Upon motion of Chairman Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Carrigan, and <br />carried, it was the Planning Commission's recommendation that the City <br />Council be advised that there were no objections from the Planning Commission <br />regarding credit for private recreation areas under park dedication <br />Resolution No. R-68-21. <br />13.MATTERS FOR INFORMATION OF COMMISSION <br />a. Approval of Resolution No. 823, for Tract 2896, which came before the Commission <br />at the June 12, 1968 meeting. <br />UPON MOTION Q7 COMMISSIONER GARRIGAN, SECONDED BY CHAIRMAN ANTONINI, AND CARRIED, <br />THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS ADOPTED. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 823 <br />WHEREAS, Tract 462896, generally that property <br />located between Foothill Road and <br />Interstate 46680, and north of Highland <br />Oaks Development containing approximately <br />170.1 acres, has come before this <br />Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Tentative Tract Map 462896 be <br />approved as described on Exhibit "A", <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />- 3 - <br />
