Springdale Avenue (between Capwell Drive to <br />Foothill Road) <br />Street ZZ <br />Capwell Drive (between Springdale Ave. and <br />Foothill Rd.) which will surround the proposed <br />regional shopping center be withheld pending <br />the submittal of a traffic study prior to <br />the issuance of the Zoning Permit for the <br />shopping center. <br />9. That a grading plan be required as a part <br />of the improvement plans for this tract. <br />lO.That all existing wells on the property be <br />properly sealed and abandoned in accordance <br />with City standards. <br />11. That automatic sprinkler systems be <br />required for all landscaped areas to be <br />maintained by the City and for street tree <br />plantings in the commercial areas. <br />12.That the neighborhood park will be <br />reconsidered at the time of the tentative <br />map. <br />13. That the revised tentative map shall be <br />substituted for the tentative map approved <br />by the P.U.D., Zoning Permit 2-66-23. <br />14.If at some time in the future, the City <br />Council determines that the Regional Shopping <br />Center proposed for the 93-acre site zoned <br />C-C, and indicated as such on the approved <br />Planned Unit Development map, is not to <br />became a reality, then the Planning Commission, <br />after written 90-day notice of intent to the <br />applicant, will initiate proceedings to <br />rezone the subject 93-acre parcel of the <br />C-C District to the A District. <br />15. The total number of dwelling units allowed, <br />with said Planned Unit Development for <br />Tract ~k2896 is 1300. <br />16.That the time limit for the Planned Unit <br />Development shall expire on August 10, 1976. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />unanimously on the 12th day of June, 1968. <br />b. Resolution of Intent to amend Zoning Ordinance No. 520 on convalescent hospitals, <br />convalescent homes and rest homes. <br />UPON MOTION OF COMMISSIONER ARNOLD, SECONDED BY CHAIRMAN ANTONINI, AND CARRIED, <br />THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 828 <br />WHEREAS, the application of the Planning Commission <br />to propose a Resolution of Intent to amend <br />Zoning Ordinance No. 520 on convalescent <br />hospitals, convalescent homes and rest <br />homes, has come before this Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton hereby approves a Reso- <br />lution of Intent to amend Article 10 of <br />Zoning Ordinance No. 520, by adding <br />convalescent hospitals, convalescent homes <br />and rest homes as uses permitted under a <br />Conditional Use Permit. <br />- 5 - <br />
