COMMUNICATIONS <br />a. Robert C. Clifford Re: Casa Verde Garden Center <br />This was a letter from Mr. Robert C. Clifford of the law firm of Burnhill, Rode, <br />Moffitt & Moore, representing Mr. Larry Billings, tenant operator of the Casa <br />Verde Garden Center. <br />Chairman Antonini advised Mr. Billings that he would have to submit a clear plot <br />plan showing how he plans to set up his materials for storage. <br />There was nothing objectionable in his request, and the Commissioners approved his <br />request to use a portion of the area fora general storage area for its nursery <br />products. <br />9. TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAPS <br />a. Application of D & V Builders for approval of Tentative Tract Map ~k3062, <br />Pleasanton Vallev <br />There were no problems on this application and now that the variance application <br />regarding lot sizes has been resolved, the tentative tract map can be approved. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Garrigan, seconded by Chairman Antonini, and carried, <br />the Public Hearing was closed. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 832 <br />WHEREAS, the application of D & V Builders for <br />approval of Tentative Tract Map ~k3062, <br />Pleasanton Valley, has come before this <br />Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Co~iasion of the City of <br />Pleasanton hereby approves Tentative Tract <br />~k3062, Pleasanton Valley, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That all in-tract easements be granted as <br />public service easements with no reference <br />to specific use. <br />2. That the number, size and location of <br />fire hydrants remain subject to change pending <br />completion of a study of this matter by the <br />Fire Chief. <br />3. That the developer provide all the street <br />lighting facilities necessary to adequately <br />light the streets within and adjacent to this <br />tract at the lowest possible cost to the City <br />and in accordance with the method, City owned <br />or P.G.&E. owned, that is commonly in use by <br />the City of Pleasanton at the time of approval <br />of the final map. <br />4. That electric power distribution and <br />communication service systems be placed <br />totally underground except for pad-mounted <br />transformers and above-ground splicing cabinets <br />where necessary. <br />5. That the bulb connection of the frontage road <br />to Hopyard Road be increased in dimensions to <br />allow for a right turn onto the frontage road <br />from Hopyard Road. <br />- 5 - <br />
