6. That upon completion of the redesign of the <br />bulb, a traffic study shall be made regarding <br />right-hand turns off Hopyard Road. Further, that <br />vehicular access to Lot 12 from that most northerly <br />point of the bulb north to Black Avenue will be <br />prohibited. <br />7. That ingress and egress from that portion of <br />Lot 12 containing the bulb to Hopyard Road shall <br />be reviewed by the Planning Commission at such time <br />as a specific development plan is proposed for <br />said property. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton on the <br />13th day of November, 1968, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioner Arnold <br />Commissioner Garrigan <br />Commaissioner Gibbs <br />Chairman Antonini <br />Noes: <br />Absent: Commissioner Plato <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />12. REFERRALS FROM RECREATION AND PARK COMMISSION <br />a. The Commissioners suggested that there be a meeting planned between the members <br />of the Recreation and Park Commission and members of the Planning Commission. The <br />Planning Director was instructed to contact Mr. Gary Patton to arrange for said <br />meeting. <br />13. MATTERS FOR INFORMATION OF COMMISSION <br />a. Review of Section 8.106 (Underground Utilities) I-G District <br />The Planning Director requested a resolution of intent to publish a Notice of <br />Public Hearing to amend Ordinance (520, Sec. 8.106, to require underground utilities <br />for the I-G District. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 833 <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of intent to amend Article 8, <br />"I" Industrial Districts, Section 8.106, <br />Underground Utilities, to require that the <br />requirements of this section pertain to the <br />I-G District, has come before this Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton hereby approves Resolution of <br />Intent No. 833, to amend Article 8, to include <br />the I-G District, as well as the I-P under <br />Section 8.106. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton on the <br />13th day of November, 1968, by the following <br />vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioner Arnold <br />Commissioner Garrigan <br />Commissioner Gibbs <br />Chairman Antonini <br />Noes: <br />Absent: Commissioner Plato <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />- 6 - <br />
