They are as follows: <br />Mrs. June Vieira - 303 Neal Street <br />Mrs. Vieira stated that her property is located 100 ft. <br />from the applicant's proposed property and stated that <br />although she attends St. Augustine's Catholic Church, <br />she can understand how Reverend McKean and his congregation <br />feels about having an established location to meet at. <br />She spoke in favor of this application. <br />Mr. Don Gremlev - 4535 Entrada <br />This gentleman lives three doors from the building, and <br />is closer than 100 ft. from the subject property. He <br />spoke in opposition. <br />Mr. Thor Hansen - 530 E. Angela Street <br />Opposed the application. <br />Mr. Milt Wheeler - 495 Neal Street <br />Lives adjacent to the proposed property and is <br />in opposition to the application. <br />Mr. Ronald Bennett - 4067 Vinevard <br />This gentleman has been working with Mr. McKean <br />in trying to locate a suitable location for the <br />congregation, and is in favor of this application. <br />Mr. Bob Mason - 4475 Entrada Drive <br />Lives almost opposite from the piece of property in <br />question and is opposed to the establishment of a <br />church at 431 Neal, due to the traffic problem that <br />will result. <br />Mrs. SanberQ - 415 Neal Street <br />Opposed to application <br />Mr. Jack Bras - 4560 Las Lomitas <br />Opposed to application. <br />Mr. Harold Christian - 320 Abbie <br />This gentleman spoke in favor of the application. <br />Mr. Clavton Kime - 4525 Entrada <br />Spoke in opposition to the location of a Church <br />on that property. <br />Mrs. Ooel Wheeler - 943 Rose Avenue <br />A retired minister, spoke in favor of the appli- <br />cation. This lady went into a detailed speech, <br />touching on a variety of subjects which included <br />the American Flag, motherhood and the recent pop <br />festival held at the Fairgrounds, comparing the <br />disastrous aftermath and unfavorable publicity with <br />the benefits that can be derived from having more <br />Churches; and, ended her remarks by stating that the <br />community would be far better off with a Church at <br />every corner than with some of the types of businesses <br />that have been going into operation in the City of <br />Pleasanton. <br />Mr. Mark Gerton - Spoke for his son, daughter and grand- <br />children, who live on Neal Street. He spoke in favor of <br />the application, provided that the building is brought <br />up to standards. <br />- 4 - <br />
