Commissioner Plato :ommended continuance of this m. :er until the
August 14, 1968 meeting before making a decision.
h. RZ-68-6 Plannine Commission
Application of the Planning Commission for an amendment to Ordinance ~P520
to consider the final zoning for those properties described within
Annexation X56. Said annexation containing approximately 1,828 acres.
Mr. Castro generally described the recommendations made by the Staff,
plus a letter from San Ramon Village Company regarding zoning to C-F and
I-C. This department
will submit as an exhibit, a composite map of the area describing the
precise zoning for the various parcels at the Public Hearing. Por the
Commission's benefit, we have listed the properties as they appear on
the Assessor's roll with the department recommendation as to final zoning.
We would also advise the Commission at this time that the Willow West
Properties Zone Change application was reviewed by the City Council at
their regular meeting of July 15, with the final action being the same as
recommended by the Planning Commission.
Prooerties Within Annex.4F56
Valley Community Services District
Freeway Industrial Investment Co.
U. With the exception of the
public facilities which consist of VCSD Plan and the U. S. Government prop-
erty on Santa Rita Road and also the U. S.
