In the case where the eligible employee <br /> is deceased, the amount the City is obligated to <br /> pay shall be reduced by 1/2 (one-half). If the <br /> spouse remarries, the obligation by the City shall <br /> terminate. <br /> <br />B. Dental Insurance <br /> <br /> City Councilmembers and their eligible dependents shall <br /> be offered enrollment in the present Bankers Life <br /> Nebraska dental plan to include a maximum lifetime <br /> orthodontia benefit of $1,000. <br /> <br />C. Life Insurance <br /> <br /> For the purposes of providing life and accidental death <br /> and dismemberment insurance to City Councilmembers, the <br /> City shall provide coverage of Ten Thousand Dollars <br /> ($10,000).
