PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-82-18-6D-2M RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF RICHARD NOLAN, M.D. WHEREAS, Richard Nolan, M.D. has applied for a major modification to an approved development plan for an office/industrial complex to allow for an office/industrial complex to allow for an increase in the square footage for medical office and related uses on an approximately 4.3 acre site located on the southeast corner of the intersection of Santa Rita Road and Stoneridge Drive; and WHEREAS, Condition No. 3 of Ordinance No. 1190 (PUD-82-18-6D) specifically requires that medical office uses on the site be limited to 12,000 sq. ft. This condition was included in the PUD to assure that parking demand generated by both medical and general office uses-would not exceed the 223 parking spaces on the site. Since the proposed area of medical use exceeds 12,000 sq. ft. a modification is required; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 12, 1986, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-82-18-6D-2M, for a major modification to an approved development plan for an office/industrial complex to allow for an increase in the square footage for medical office and related uses on an approximately 4.3. acre site located on the southeast corner of the intersection of Santa Rita Road and Stoneridge Drive subject to the following conditions: 1. That the proposal be as shown on the site plan, Exhibit A, dated 10/14/86, on file with the Planning Department. - 1 -
