PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-82-18-6D-2M <br />RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF RICHARD <br />NOLAN, M.D. <br />WHEREAS, Richard Nolan, M.D. has applied for a major modification <br />to an approved development plan for an office/industrial <br />complex to allow for an office/industrial complex to <br />allow for an increase in the square footage for medical <br />office and related uses on an approximately 4.3 acre <br />site located on the southeast corner of the intersection <br />of Santa Rita Road and Stoneridge Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, Condition No. 3 of Ordinance No. 1190 (PUD-82-18-6D) <br />specifically requires that medical office uses on the <br />site be limited to 12,000 sq. ft. This condition was <br />included in the PUD to assure that parking demand <br />generated by both medical and general office uses-would <br />not exceed the 223 parking spaces on the site. Since <br />the proposed area of medical use exceeds 12,000 sq. ft. <br />a modification is required; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 12, <br />1986, the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section <br />1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-82-18-6D-2M, for a <br />major modification to an approved development plan for <br />an office/industrial complex to allow for an increase <br />in <br />the square footage for medical office and related uses <br />on an approximately 4.3. acre site located on the <br />southeast corner of the intersection of Santa Rita Road <br />and Stoneridge Drive subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the proposal be as shown on the site plan, <br />Exhibit A, dated 10/14/86, on file with the <br />Planning Department. <br />- 1 - <br />
