This data will be evaluated. Suggestions for <br /> financing techniques will be provided, however, it is assumed that it will be <br /> the responsiblity of the developers to prepare a financing plan and determine <br /> the amounts to be paid by each property owner. <br /> <br />B, Dr~ft EIR. An accompanying Administrative Draft EIR will be prepared which will provide <br />the bulk of the technical data relative to the topics covered in the Specific Plan. The EIR will <br />address the General Plan Amendment, annexation and adoption of the Specific Plan. Where <br />appropriate, data from Land Planning Consultants' Specific Plan will be utilized. The traffic <br />analysis will address the peak hour impact of the proposed development on Sunol Boulevard. The <br />EIR will also evaluate up to three new land use/circulation alternatives and address CEQA- <br />required assessment conclusions, including growth inducing and cumulative impacts. It is assumed <br />that the City will prepare the Notice of Preparation and Initial Study Checklist. Following staff <br />review of this report, the consultant team will make necessary revisions and prepare a Draft EIR <br />suitable for public review. Seventy-five (75) copies of the report will be provided. <br /> <br />TaSk 4; Fingl EIR <br /> <br />Following public review, the consultants will prepare a Final EIR that meets CEQA requirements. <br />An administrative draft of the Final EIR will be prepared for staff review and approval. <br />Following necessary revisions, fifty (50) copies will be provided. <br /> <br />Task 5: Final Snecific Plan <br /> <br />Based upon staff comments and the comments made at public hearings, the Specific Plan will be <br />revised and re-issued in its final format.
