A Mitigation Monitoring Program will also be prepared which will identify mitigation <br />measures, actions necessary to comply with the measure, city vs. developer implementation <br />responsibilities and general scheduling of monitoring. The program will be provided in the form <br />of a checklist which would be used throughout the various stages of project implementation. <br /> <br /> <br />
