Cost breakdown by task is shown in Table 1. The total includes attendance at up to <br />four staff meetings by Shelley Poticha, project manager for Brady and Associates, and attendance <br />at one Citizen's Committee meeting by representatives of each firm. The estimate also includes <br />preparation of necessary basemaps and the requested number of reports. Attendance at additional <br />meetings and tasks outside this scope of services will be billed on a time and materials basis.
