The City Council further finds that <br />High Density Residential designation on the Dawes property be <br />revised to "Medium Density Residential" as a "Condition of <br />Approval" of the project. <br /> <br /> c. The design of the Project to <br />mitigate the change of the character of the land use from <br />agricultural/rural to an urban development, contained in the <br />Project, the imposition of additional mitigation measures as <br />described above, the other measures incorporated into this <br />Project and the mitigation measures which will be imposed in <br />connection with future approvals necessary for the <br />development of the project site have mitigated, or will <br />mitigate, the impact of the Project to a level of <br />insignificance, excepting that the change of land use from <br />agricultural to urban use is an impact which cannot be <br />reduced to a level of insignificance as stated at page 66 of <br />the DEIR. <br /> <br /> d.
