Discussion a,b,d) The proposed project will not exceed projected wastewater treatment requirements and there are likely sufficient water available to serve the project. Therefore, this would be a less-than- significant-impact. d) The applicant will connect to the City water line. The City's Public Works/Engineering and the Fire departments have reviewed the proposal, and determine that sufficient water would be available for the proposed development. Therefore, this would be aless-than-significant- impact. 17.
