PUD-93-02-09M
2001 Ruby Hill Boulevard
d) Create a new source of substantial light or glare ^ ^ ^X ^
which would adversely affect day or nighttime
views in the area?
Discussion
a-b) The proposed project is not located in an area designated as a scenic resource, scenic vista, or
scenic highway. Therefore, this would be ales-than-significant-impact.
c) The project consists of the relocation of an existing building within the same site, installation of a
new driveway, and construction of a home in the future. The proposed future home would have
Tuscan style that is compatible with the vineyard theme of the surrounding area. There are no
scenic resources known that would be impacted. Therefore, this would be a less-than-
significant-impact.
d) The proposed project includes standard site lighting for the parking area. The parking lot lights as
well as the all exterior lighting would be directed downward to ensure that the lowest wattage and
luminosity be used in exterior lighting applications so as not to add to 'night sky pollution'.
Therefore, this would be aless-than-significant-impact.
2.
