Work will also include revising the existing Right-of-Way <br />Appraisal Map .and Index Sheet for this location to account <br />for the division of the right-of-way acquisition. <br /> <br />Task 2.10~--Lqt Line Adjustment Hap <br /> <br />The CONSULTANT shall prepare a separate parcel map for that <br />property lying on the south side of 1-580 on each side of <br />Hacienda Drive consistent with City of Pleasanton standards <br />for record maps for lot line adjustments. The new map will <br />show the revision of appropriate existing lot lines to coin- <br />cide with the currently proposed right-of-way lines es- <br />tablished for the Hacienda Drive Interchange. Necessary <br />legal descriptions will also be written for the revised pro- <br />perty boundaries. The CONSULTANT'S work will also include <br />processing the record map through the appropriate offices of <br />the City of Pleasanton for approval and recordation of the <br />official revised map. <br /> <br />TASK 3--DRAINAGE <br /> <br />The CONSULTANT shall investigate the effects of revised <br />drainage criteria on existing and proposed drainage system. <br />A new drainage scheme shall be investigated for the Santa <br />Rita Road Interchange. <br /> <br />Task 3.1--Hydraulics Report Revisions <br /> <br />The CONSULTANT shall review the new drainage criteria fur- <br />nished by Calftans and Zone 7 and investigate the effect on <br />the existing and proposed drainage facilities for both in- <br />terchanges. The Hydraulics Reports shall be revised based <br />on the revised drainage criteria; work will include data <br />collection, hydraulic analysis, a summary letter discussing <br />the results of the analysis which will be used as an adden- <br />dum to the original Hydraulics Reports; attendance at two <br />meetings will also be required. <br /> <br />Task 3.2--Northside Drainage at Santa Rita Road Interchange <br /> <br />Investigate draining the Santa Rita Road Interchange to <br />Rancho Drain along the north side of 1-580 rather than the <br />south side as currently functioning. <br /> <br />TASK 4--HACIENDA DRIVE IC GEOMETRICS <br /> <br />The CONSULTANT shall revise the geometrics of the inter- <br />change from the Geometric Approval Drawings that were pre- <br />viously approved by Caltrans to optimize the vertical and <br />horizontal alignment of the ramps and reduce the amount of <br /> <br /> <br />
