Task 2.5--Santa Rita Frontage Road <br /> <br />The CONSULTANT shall revise the Right-Of-Way Appraisal Maps <br />to include the additional right-of-way established for the <br />addition~f =he frontage road in the NW quadrant of the <br />Santa Rita Road Interchange. Takes, remainders, legal <br />descriptions, and easements shall be revised to include the <br />added frontage road. <br /> <br />Task 2.6--1I-3 Ramp Revisions <br /> <br />The CONSULTANT shall revise the Right-Of-Way Appraisal Maps, <br />takes, remainders, easements, and legal descriptions to <br />include the following revisions: <br /> <br />1. Revise the right-of-way line to fit the face of the new <br /> Type 5 retaining wall. <br /> <br />2. Revise the right-of-way line to fit the face of the ex- <br /> tended retaining wall around the turning radius for <br /> Santa Rita Road. <br /> <br />3. Revise the right-of-way to coincide with the improve- <br /> ment limits for the Budget Rent-A-Car property and the <br /> "car wash" property. <br /> <br />4. Provide a field survey to locate the parking lot curbs <br /> and other improvements noted in No. 3 above. <br /> <br />Task 2.7--Pimlico Drive Property Line Adjustments <br /> <br />The CONSULTANT shall adjust the south property lines of <br />Parcel A and Parcel C along Pimlico Drive based upon infor- <br />mation to be furnished by the CITY. <br /> <br /> Task 2.8--NcDonalds Site Map <br /> <br /> Prepare a one inch equals 40 feet site map of the McDonald's <br /> property at a scale of one inch equals 40 feet that includes <br /> property lines and proposed right-of-way lines. <br /> <br /> Task 2.9--Separate Bridge Right-of-Way for Santa Rita Road <br /> <br /> The CONSULTANT shall prepare a separate Right-of-Way <br /> Appraisal map and Index Sheet for acquisition of sufficient <br /> property to construct the proposed Santa Rita Road over- <br /> crossing structure as a separate construction contract. The <br /> parcel needed for this purpose is located in the NW quadrant <br /> of the Santa Rita Road Interchange on land owned totally by <br /> Alameda County. <br /> <br /> 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
