The <br />revisions will be consistent with new and current Caltrans <br />requirements. <br /> <br />The CONS~u~TANT shall revise the ramp and crossroad geometry <br />on the south'side of the Hacienda Drive Interchange to fit <br />an acceptable design within the structural constraints of <br />the new Hacz[enda Arch. Additional work shall be performed <br />to investigate and produce an acceptable design solution for <br />providing sufficient vehicle storage on the PIL-1 eastbound <br />on-ramp to conform to new ramp metering standards recently <br />issued by Caltrans. <br /> <br />During development of the above-described work, the CONSUL- <br />TANT shall meet with appropriate Caltrans design staff for <br />interim review and comment. The work shall then be revised <br />to incorporate Caltrans comments, finalized, and submitted <br />to Caltrans for formal review and approval. Interim review <br />meetings wiiIl also be conducted with CITY staff during <br />development of the new geometrics. <br /> <br />TASK 5--PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br /> <br />The CONSULZ.~NT shall provide the necessary project manage- <br />ment and administration to coordinate and manage the work <br />described in this AMENDMENT.
