He requested that "wind" be eliminated and leave "photovoltaic" in by itself in <br />Program 7.11. <br />Commissioner Roberts concurred. <br />Ms. Stern suggested that both could be replaced with "technology." <br />Acting Chairperson Arkin stated that "photovoltaic" could remain for now. <br />In response to Commissioner Pearce's question regarding "living roof," Ms. Stern replied that it <br />basically is sod that is placed on the roof, which then serves as insulation and cleans water.
