Construction Administration <br />Finally, to assist the City's Public Works Construction Manager during the anticipated <br />15-month construction/maintenance period, staff is recommending additional support <br />services from the project designer (PGA Design) and its various specialty sub- <br />consultants. These services are fora "not to exceed" fee of $145,161. Total required <br />project construction funding is therefore $5,344,536. <br />Should the Council wish to proceed with the entire project as proposed, additional <br />funding of $1,324,411 would need to be transferred from the Capital Improvement <br />Program Reserve (CIPR).
