ATTACHMENT 1 DOCUMENT 00520 AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE ALVISO ADOBE COMMUNITY PARK THIS CONTRACT is made and entered into this 5~h day of June 2007 by and between JFC Construction, Inc., ("Contractor"), whose address is 1670 Reliez Valley Road, Lafayette, CA 94549-2124 and whose telephone number is (925) 938-6595 and the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation ("City"). City and Contractor may be referred to herein individually as a "Party' or collectively as the "Parties" or the "Parties to this Agreement." RECITALS: WHEREAS, the City has awarded to the Contractor a contract for the Alviso Adobe Community Park, 3465 Old Foothill Road, Pleasanton, California, Project No. 987025. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants hereinafter set forth, Contractor and City agree as follows: 1. Scope of Work Contractor shall complete all Work specified in the Contract Documents, in accord with the Plans, Specifications, and all other terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. 2.
