14. Easements Relating to Agricultural Impacts. The City shall require that agricultural <br /> easements be dedicated as a condition of subdivision map approval for land adjoining <br /> Agriculture/Open Space Subareas. Such easements shall provide that any inconveniences <br /> associated with standard agricultural activities, operations, facilities, and appurtenances <br /> conducted on land designated for agricultural use do not constitute a nuisance even <br /> though it may affect the use and enjoyment of the adjacent subdivided property. <br /> <br />15. Protection of Farm Animals Use. The City shall continue to support the farm animal use <br /> provisions of the PUD - Agricultural/Open Space District of the Happy Valley Specific <br /> Plan (see Section 6.b. 1 .e.-h.). <br /> <br />16. Energy-Saving Devices.
