' <br />REZONING APPLICATIO <br />RZ-69-26, Continued <br />to Feb. 11, 1970. <br />REVIEW OF SIX- <br />PLEXES ON FAIRLANDS <br />DRIVE <br />A resolution recommending approval subject <br />to certain conditions was entered and passe . <br />Kaiser Sand and Gravel - application to <br />prezone to the RM-4000 (Multiple) District <br />from the existing A (Agricultural) District <br />for that property described as the south- <br />west portion of Parcel 1, Block 115, <br />Book 946, of Alameda County Assessor's <br />office containing 71.1 acres, more or less; <br />said property is generally located on the <br />northeast corner of the intersection of <br />Mohr Avenue and Martin Avenue. <br />The applicant requested a continuance, <br />which was granted to him, to the meeting <br />of February 11, 1970. <br />Planning Commission's consideration of the <br />Revisions from Approved Plans for Six- <br />Plexes at Fairlands Drive - Amador Valley <br />Investors. <br />The Planning Director demonstrated two <br />plans for the Commission - the approved <br />copy as reviewed by Commission and Council, <br />and the copy approved by the Building <br />Department.
