4y~,~,saNTOy O <br />CITY of PLEASANT N <br />~~~ Co mission <br />MMSD• P14nning m <br />MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />DCte ; February 25, 1970 <br />Time : 8:00 PM <br />PIaCe: Pleasanton Justice Court <br />The Planning Director gave a recapitulation <br />of the preliminary explanation regarding thi: <br />proposal. <br />The Public Hearing was opened by Chairman <br />Garriga n. <br />Mr. Larry Bartelson, MacKay & Somps, and <br />speaking for their clients, Land Development <br />and Investment Company, owners of the <br />Vintage Hills Shopping Center, requested <br />that no action be taken on that matter that <br />evening, pending the developer meeting with <br />the Planning Director to review the amount <br />of acreage which should be assigned to this <br />C-N District. <br />There were no other testimonies for or <br />against this amendment. <br />Chairman Garrigan closed the Public Hearing. <br />Considerable disussion ens~med among the <br />Commissioners, before caning to a final <br />deliberation. <br />A resolution recommending approval subject <br />to certain conditions as noted below, was <br />entered and passed, as follows: <br />1) That the properties presently located on <br />both sides of Sonoma Drive and east of Sunol <br />Blvd. be reclassified to the C-S (Commercial <br />Service) District from the I-P (Industrial <br />Park) District. <br />2) That those properties where the specific <br />land use terminated with the expiration of <br />the Planned Unit Development for Mission Parl <br />and generally bounded by Sunol Blvd, Mission <br />Drive and Hillview Avenue, be classified in <br />the A (Agricultural) District. <br />- 3 - <br />
