No. 989 <br />3) That the proposed shopping center general y <br />located at the southwest corner of Sycamore <br />Road and Pico Avenue be removed at this time <br />4) That the acreage presently assigned to <br />the proposed shopping center for Mission <br />Park located east of Sunol Blvd. and south <br />of Mission Drive be retained at 9.4 acres <br />net. <br />S) That the acreage presently assigned to <br />the Shopping Center located within the <br />Vintage Hills development generally located <br />at the southeast corner of Pico Avenue and <br />Tawny Drive be removed from any considera- <br />tion at this time pending a review by the <br />Planning Director and the developer's <br />engineer (MacKay & Somps). <br />H. Abstain: <br />The Public Hearing was opened by Chairman <br />Garrigan. <br />The staff had no objections to this submitta . <br />Mr. William Hatch, representing the appli- <br />cant, concurred with the conditions as noted <br />in the staff report. <br />Mr. Robert Pearson inquired whether these <br />model homes were lots they purchased from <br />Galli Homes and if they were for the area <br />to be developed east of Fairlands Drive. <br />It was clarified for Mr. Pearson that the <br />lots were purchased from both Rousseau and <br />Galli. Mr. Pearson felt that these models <br />should be placed where the development is <br />to occur rather than on Fairlands Drive. <br />4 <br />
