Mr. William Hatch, representing the appli- cant, concurred with the conditions as noted in the staff report. Mr. Robert Pearson inquired whether these model homes were lots they purchased from Galli Homes and if they were for the area to be developed east of Fairlands Drive. It was clarified for Mr. Pearson that the lots were purchased from both Rousseau and Galli. Mr. Pearson felt that these models should be placed where the development is to occur rather than on Fairlands Drive. 4
