b~'~-SA1y1Q <br />4 ~ ~. y CITY of PLEASANTON <br />~~o <br />.~.:pt~ Planning Commission <br />MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />date March 11, 1970 <br />Time ; 8:1o PM <br />FIaCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />The Public Hearing was opened by the <br />Chairman. <br />Mr. Ted Fairfield was present and spoke <br />in favor of the application. <br />There being no further testimony, the Publi <br />Hearing was closed. <br />A resolution recommending approval was <br />entered and passed. <br />CONDITIONAL USE Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Resolution: <br />PERMIT Saints - application for a conditional use Seconded: <br />UP-70-4, Approved, permit to allow the construction of a Church Ayes: <br />Res. No. 996 in the R-1 (Single Family) and RM-4 (Multipl Noes: <br />Residential Districts. Said property Absent: <br />located in Tract 3165, generally on the Abstain: <br />southwesterly side of Hopyard Road and <br />northerly of the Arroyo del Valle. <br />The Public Hearing was opened by Chairman <br />Garrigan. <br />There were no problems involved in this <br />matter, and Mr. Ted Fairfield, representing <br />the applicant, concurred with the staff <br />report. <br />The Public Hearing was closed by Chairman <br />Garrigan. <br />A resolution recommending approval was <br />entered and passed, subject to certain <br />conditions. <br />MATTERS FOR Bus shelter for the senior citizens to be <br />COMMISSION'S REVIEW provided by one of the service clubs. <br />Mrs. Marguerite Branson, representing the <br />Qomen's Club, was present.
