No. 995
There was some discussion among the
Commissioners as to the feasibility of
reducing multiples in Mission Park in order
that "The Hill" may be developed with an
adequate number of multiples, which would
in turn allow the specific butte area to be
treated in the most esthetically pleasing
manner.
There are no records in evidence stating a
specific density for the Mission Park area.
Commissioner Gibbs expressed concern on this
point, stating that should the Commission
decide to change the zoning on some of the
parcels within Mission Park which are prese ly
zoned multiple, that perhaps the owners of
said parcels should be apprised of this fact
The Commission expressed a wish to have the
total number of units proposed for "The
Hill", and also the number of units in the
Mission Park area, to balance the entire
area out .
The Planning Director still maintained that
the present submittal is the best one for
the area, but that the overall density for
Mission Park is too high.
It was decided to continue this matter unti
April 22, in order to allow a re-evaluation
of the existing multiple areas.
Mackay Homes - application to amend the PUD Resolution:
for Tentative Tract Map ~~'3165 to provide Seconded:
for a 4.0 + acre Church site in lieu of six Ayes:
RM-4 (Multiple) and 12 R-1 (Single Family) Noes:
lots.
